Helm VA provides pre-trained virtual assistants and related services for GoHighLevel, workflow automation, AI voice agents, website design, and advertising. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed in your individual service agreement or proposal.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use our services. By using them, you represent that you are of legal age and authorized to act on behalf of your business.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees, billing cycles, and accepted payment methods are described in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, plans are month to month. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, information, and approvals needed for us to perform the services, and to comply with all applicable laws, including those governing your marketing and communications.
6. Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, and methods. Work product created specifically for you is assigned to you upon full payment, except for any third-party materials or pre-existing components.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. Our team signs NDAs and uses secure, least-privilege access. This section survives termination of any engagement.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or search rankings. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant services in the preceding [3] months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a month-to-month engagement with notice as described in your service agreement. Upon termination, outstanding fees become due and access to shared resources ends.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
